Career: Where to start with my professional experience? As a kid (10 years old) have been exposed to the landscaping side of the family business, and have throughout gone back through breaks to work with my father when needed. Have some nursing background, as a CNA for about 4 years, which I was burnt out from. Although I love helping others out when in need, the brutal hours and tugs at my heart when a patient would move on became a tough position to go back to. My remaining professional experience is in Customer Service, Call Center Management which totals out 10 years. I live customer service and feel it’s a necessity in any workplace is the key to success!
Personal: I am a single parent of 2 wonderful children Alexis and Elijah. Although it has not been easy raising 2 kids on my own; I consider myself truly blessed to be able to show my kids how resilient a person can be. There is no greater job than the one of being a parent, well secondary would be “ME” Director of First Impressions for Lyons Roofing. I am Bilingual in English/Spanish, which provides me the ability to serve another market. Although I know 2 languages; roofing is my favorite language and it is a language of its own. I have about 15 years of experience in the customer service field, and 5 years in nursing. One of my favorite hobbies is antiquing; I often find many unique items (at rock bottom prices). However, my ultimate fixation would have to be fashion; I love everything about it and am often carrying the latest style handbag, shoes and accessories (which I find at great prices too). My favorite quote is by Coco Chanel: “A girl should be two things: Classy and fabulous!” I don’t do fashion, I am fashion!
